Pros

Fast paced working environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow your career. Lots of interesting and high visibility work and projects being at an OEM. Management emphasizes frequent job rotations to get a well rounded professional experience. Most generous vehicle discounts of the three domestic automakers. Excellent 401K match.

Cons

The pay is laughably low, especially considering the extremely high hours and amount of stress in their Finance group. Make sure you’re happy with your starting salary, because there is almost no chance of getting a raise, even if you’re a top performer, unless you get a promotion. Much lower salaries than the other OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. I know of multiple employees (highly educated/skilled professionals in an in demand field) who have not had a single raise in 3-5 years, which is absurd and well outside the norm. Hours are insane, because teams are understaffed, turnover is constant and upper Management’s expectations are decoupled from reality. As previously stated, no extra pay, perks or recognition for all this hard work. It’s just their minimum baseline expectation. They act like they’re still a scrappy underdog coming out of bankruptcy rather than the large, profitable company that they currently are. It’s honestly insulting.

Pros

Work from home is great and there are some genuinely nice people here to work with.

Cons

Perhaps the worst CEO of any major automaker. While preaching frugality and cutting thousands of jobs worldwide, our CEO takes a massive pay raise and promises to make more headcount reductions later this year. Who wants to work for such leadership? It is as if everyone here is sacrificing so much for our investors to maintain profits but the man at the top of the company. What is our purpose here at Stellantis? Is it simply to line Tavares’ pockets with millions of dollars? Zero job security, overall really dark times here at Stellantis.

Pros

Cant able to think about anything positive here.

Cons

1) 3 Months non negotiable notice period. (Taking leave in notice period will postpone your relieving date) 2) Zero planning from the management. (Sunday night 10pm u will get information monday is leave, U have to come to company sometimes and u will get known, its a holiday) 3) No punching system. So no one knows how many hours u worked. No OT or comp off policy from bottom level to mid level. 4) If ur managers tells you to come to office on leave days, you have to come. Should not ask coff or OT. 5) No standards of process 6) No confirmation of trainees 7) Ur boss can shout at you with all the foul languages he wants. Noone will question him. U will not have a forum to raise your issues. If you rise it, u will changed from your core job Many more points is there. I dont want waste my time reviewing about this company. If u r called for an interview, Pls block that number.
