      Pros

      The company provides good benefits like a reasonable priced health insurance, 401k, paid vacations, $1000 yearly contribution to the Health Saving Account, etc.

      Cons

      BWM/Stellantis collaboration in ADAS project is a chaos. Constant changes of plans/EE architectures. Most people is heavily overloaded. People working with not clear definition of roles and responsibilities. Software development is almost no existent. Lack of Software requirements. People is not allow to easily move to available internal opportunities

      Good benefits, established company, nice headquarters

      Cons

      Very difficult to get anything done. The tools are not working, so most time was spent trying to get around tool limitations. Programs ran by management in Italy were utter chaos due to their huge egos and having a chip on their shoulders about the American part of the company. Domestic leadership was more concerned about climbing the ladder and passing the buck than fixing the issues.
