      Pros

      Great place to work. Chances to move up, somewhat flexible, friendly environment, starting point if you need a door into tech support.

      Cons

      Low pay. Barely in the 2 digits hourly. If you're fresh out of high school, need a small income while in college,don't have many bills, have a second source of income, or live in an area where rent is cheap (like Chabourn) then the pay is great. Otherwise.... you'll be looking for a second income.

      Flexibility and potential for upward movement.

      Cons

      This is a BPO and as such Startek is "beholding to the Client and the end user /customer". This creates a significant amount of angst as you are essentially book ended by 2 customers and so their is a sense of inpermanance and turn over is consequently very high.

      Pros

      Steady hours, steady pay. PTO accrual. Okay benefits. It is an okay job if you want to just use it to get up on your feet and then find something else.

      Cons

      If you are not a part of the “circle”. You will have a miserable time working there. Leadership plays “favorites” and rewards poor performance for them. The workload is overwhelming and unrealistic most of the time. Leadership partakes in spreading gossip and making fun of people. It is a very demotivating place to work.
