Benefits, overtime is paid, lots of parking

Cons

Terrible inconvenient location, no choice of shifts when you start, promise you the moon but never deliver, incompetent management. Awful cliquey atmosphere. Promotions based on who you smoke or drink with, and have nothing to do with merit.

Cons

If you are a good worker you will get extra responsibilities under the guise of "helping out the company", but soon you are covering peoples job that the company decided to cut ties with and now it is your role to do your and their role.

Paying people to do low level tech support that should require an associates in a computer field, but contracting out subpar employees to avoid proper compensation for the job
