The salary is quite high

Everything else. They frequently change policies without our knowledge. We do not get to take time off. We are threatened to be fired regularly. They will lose your passport and doesn't think that's an issue. Are doing shady things. Will ask you to do company related things in your own time. If it occurs during work hours, they will ask you to make up for it. Hired me first for a different position only to tell me its for a different position on day 1 and tell you you can quit if you want to. They make their "good employees" write positive Google reviews. These "good" employees will be promoted regardless of performance or experience which has resulted in incompetent bosses. The list goes on.

There was nothing good about this organization! I am sorry, I have to say this with a heavy heart! Long hours no pay for those extra hours. low salary TOXIC WORK CULTURE

Cons

Assistant Manager Team Leader both are of no good but toxic to the point you will lose all faith in humanity.

I took away some great skills I learned on my own

One of the worst companies and leadership led the Farmington location to lay off almost 500 people after already furloughing and terminating almost a hundred before losing their client contract. Prior to the great layoff, training was always poor, expectations high, appreciation low, communication poor, HR against holding people accountable, and pay super low. Stay far away if there are job openings for this company. Oh and if you need IT help, be prepared for it to be the worst experience with someone located in the Phillipines who repeatedly asks you the same troubleshooting steps you already took and confirmed you took.
