Pros
This company has many different lines of business. I was working on for them as a United Urology Engagement Specialist. I found the work to be very stressful but I did feel supported by my trainer and my initial team manager
Cons
I was always stressed because we weren't allowed to tell callers that we didn't work for the Urology group directly. Meaning that they would call in looking to make an appointment or speak to someone in the office and we would have to act like we were putting them on hold to run in the other room to find someone for them when in reality we were calling the actual office. There were lots of rules about what you could and couldn't say on a call and each week you would have a quality check to make sure you were meeting there standards. Everything felt forced and fake.
