      Very Decent Workplace

      Pros

      - decent pay for this type of work, decent benefits package - I had a great supervisor - solid and pretty thorough training and support

      Cons

      - no room for long-term growth. You can move up in from customer service rep to do escalations or management, but there's not that far to go - some really awesome co-workers, and some very unprofessional co-workers that treated the workplace like a high school drama festival - work can be monotonous

      Pros

      It was a very fun and laid back enviroment. Occasionally the team with the highest performance ranking would receive bonuses. Schedule was flexible.

      Cons

      Mass layoff at our site due to offshore outsourcing. Pay could have been better. Had alot of politics and favortism.

      Decent benefits Ability to move horizontally within company Extensive training

      Cons

      If you constantly exceed expectations of the company’s quality and requirements, you will not move ahead. Only the mediocre reps that have a blemish or too on their reports will succeed since they want to keep the “excellent quality” reps on the floor since they have a hard time keeping the quality of the calls where they want them to be.
