      Pros

      Can learn alot about yourself and people who you either deal with on the phone or at the center. Learn to follow everything to a T, enjoy being monitored and always on time to the minute.

      Tedious, repetitive work. Told when to say, how to say etc.

      18K basic + 3K allowance for earlier waves. Leadership seminars for performing agents. Has referral incentives. Has GIGs (just like school clubs)

      Cons

      The basic salary for most of the reps hired today is just 14K. Once you reach the ceiling salary w/c is 18K, you'll no longer qualify for the OPR (annual increase) There are no incentives like attendance bonus.
