18K basic + 3K allowance for earlier waves. Leadership seminars for performing agents. Has referral incentives. Has GIGs (just like school clubs)
Cons
The basic salary for most of the reps hired today is just 14K. Once you reach the ceiling salary w/c is 18K, you'll no longer qualify for the OPR (annual increase) There are no incentives like attendance bonus.
