Great co-workers, sometimes a "fun atmosphere" - training was very thorough, although not up to date the way it should have been, so it was a shock to be thrown out onto the floor without having updated policies and procedures to follow.

Cons

Way too political, miscommunication, favoritism. Lack of appreciation for the employees - if you weren't in with the "cool crowd" - mostly the supervisors, you were looked down upon as a minion basically.

Pros

Some fascinating people to work with, fairly stable company with 14K employees, international, some decent senior leadership. Opportunities to move up rather quickly, because turnover is so high.

Cons

Horrible pay, honestly very insulting pay for practically every level of position. Benefits are a joke and hardly affordable. For hourly employees your benefits could eat up half of your paycheck. No tuition reimbursement, no maternity leave, don't pay for professional certifications...Honestly outside of getting a pay check, medical/dental/vision there are no benefits to this company. Turnover is absolutely horrible at the average site, recruitment is impossible because the base rate is so low.

- Good work environment, friendly coworkers - Importance is given to team meetings and helping employees improve at their job - Approachable management

Cons

- Some supervisors are not up to par and do not preform their full duties - You need to make sure you are heard if you are being penalized for your performance due to improper training - fast-paced call center with back-to-back calls at times; mentally draining
