Higher management is shady. Highly inconsistent. NOT the job for everyone. This is a call center job with most calls due to billing. Just because they are advertising new management it doesn't mean it is a good thing. Most of the good supervisors are gone with new inexperienced ones replacing them. You are often told one thing and the very next day told that it is now wrong and to do something else.

Constantly changing systems and supports. Systems were down most of the time and very poor support kept the customers angry a great deal of the time. Too many off-shore employees who read scripts and anger the customers for their lack of understanding.
