      Most of the people are great and they focus on team building. The experience is something you can take away and build a career on

      Cons

      Constant change and lack of support. If you do it, be sure to have a back bone and the willingness to stand up for what is right and what you believe to be true.

      Pros

      Solid pay structure, leaders not bosses, availability to advance with hard work. The company over all seems to continue to thrive in the BPO industry landing new clients and maintaining good relationships with exisiting clients.

      Cons

      With the location I work at being a fairly new branch for StarTek there are a few growing pains that seem to be relatively evident making some of the hiring and on boarding process to be a bit cumbersome at times.

      Colorado Springs Location = Volatile, even for a BPO

      Pros

      The location is nice, all the equipment is fairly new, you get your own desk as a call agent (no desk sharing, ever) and the people I work for are pretty nice.

      Cons

      Even for a BPO, it is very very volatile. They are constantly making decisions short notice (example: you come in on a Thursday and find out that you are getting a new schedule and starting training for a whole new client/call type the following Monday.) They are far more interested in pleasing and accommodating their clients that they are their employees, yet they are constantly telling us that without us there would be no jobs!
