Pros
Solid pay structure, leaders not bosses, availability to advance with hard work. The company over all seems to continue to thrive in the BPO industry landing new clients and maintaining good relationships with exisiting clients.
Cons
With the location I work at being a fairly new branch for StarTek there are a few growing pains that seem to be relatively evident making some of the hiring and on boarding process to be a bit cumbersome at times.
