      Pros

      You can get experience to get a better job somewhere else. Flexible shifts, ability to learn many roles. The engagement management team really tries to help.

      Cons

      The servant management model is something that is talked about, but it is not truly followed. Upper Management is out of touch with the day to day business and believes the reports are the only ways to fix problems. This causes everyone from the engagement management team down to have low morale.

      Pros

      Willing to work with you for scheduling in some situations. Decent pay for the area. Direct supervisors are empathetic and try to help most of the time.

      Cons

      Customers are very difficult to satisfy, and documents don't give much direction for how to take care of big issues. Inconsistency. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Trying to make a positive change is like pulling teeth. Policies are often discouraging. Not much in place to motivate. Goals often unreasonable.

      The line of business I worked for had great management and cared about the well being of their people.

      They let the management team leave and replaced them with people who didn't care.
