Horrible Management, Unreasonable Expectations for Supervisors/Management Team, Dishonest Management that makes promises they are not authorized to keep, Allowing unqualified employees to stand up in support positions.

There are absolutely zero pros to working at Startek

Cons

-Very inadequate training -They basically set you up to fail -Are non accommodating to those with health issues of any type -Management is all talk, and zero action -They expect WAY too much of their employees -No matter how glittery they make it seem it's still a call center job -Pay was not nearly enough for the work load I endured -Nothing is individualized, everything is done with a group if you fall behind even once..tough -The whole job it's self is a con
