      Pros

      In the short span of training program, it is like going back to college. You will learn things in classroom setting, and you will meet new people. You will gain a lot of information and some of these are applicable as your own technical skills.

      Cons

      During the short span of on hands training as a newbie, receiving calls from abroad are very hassle, especially if you are new with the technical terms and definitions. Or, you are not used to them, those technical terms and definitions.

      Pros

      Startek is one of the only places I have worked where if you worked hard and had a good attitude you have an opportunity to move up. Good people there's not one person I don't get along with.
