      Pros

      Working from home is great! This job saved me a lot of money in gas. I love helping customers with there problems and solving there issues.

      Cons

      Putting a time limit on trouble shooting customers problems. Tools locks up or freezes and you have to reboot the tool or computer too much. Following KB flow to solve issues are not correct. Some of the dispatches could be solved if you would of not been rated by your AHT. You only has 11 minutes per call to solve customers issues.

      Pros

      There is a culture of customer-service and the company does it what it can to strengthen all of its "Brand Warriors" to be tops in customer service. If one wants to be an agent, and that is all they aspire to in the company, then this can be a great place to work. Desires for professional growth within the organization are usually stopped, unless one is already in leadership at STARTEK - then there is a willingness to promote from within.

      Cons

      There is so much focus on customer service and doing what the client desires, that STARTEK dismisses the importance of its most valuable asset - its employees. It would serve STARTEK better to work with its clients to develop not only a strong brand for the client, but also an environment that truly is supportive of its employees, even in the times when the clients desires are conflicting with the work environment STARTEK has set up.

      Pros

      People work together to always find a way to make the environment better for all employees. Growing faster than any other business in the Mansfield area.

      Cons

      Can be a very demanding job. Time is money and attendance is key. As long as you have a good work ethic there is no issues. No one ever calls a call center to tell them how awesome they are so you can have a tough day with a lot of negative people. Just have to know it is not you, but the situation and find out how to move forward.
