Pros

Coworkers and store management tend to be great, higher pay than other similar jobs, benefits available if you work at least 20 hours a week, tips have gone up since digital tipping has been implemented, food and drinks are free while working, very lgbtq+ friendly environment, flexible scheduling.

Cons

Any management that is a district manager or higher is grossly out of touch with actual working environment, store management is highly variable by store, the company switches out store managers between location nearly every 2 years, increased outside management hires, physically demanding, customers have been getting ruder and ruder, emotionally exhausting, many managers take their stress out on their shift supervisors, you're expected to drop everything on your days off to cover shifts, people get fired for being late but not for racism, union busting, more focused on speed than quality

Pros

- Free Coffee - Free Food -Discounted when not working

Cons

-No work/life balance. If anything happens you are expected to fill in no matter what you have going on. -No growth opportunities past SM role. Most DMs come externally or are chosen through favoritism. -You need to move at the drop of a dime, poorly planned initiatives. -Takes forever to get equipment fixed -Senior managers don't care, you are expendable -"We're family" is a major red flag -Pay is not competitive, external hires get paid more -Hours suck -Customers can be rude -You pay for your health insurance
