Pros

Benefits are pretty good, and vacation time does add up over time...right now I get about 5 weeks off per year which is hard to beat. I don't know if I could go backto only having 2 weeks per year with another new company.

Cons

Too much change right now, and always seems to have the same struggles: implementation, incompetent employees making drinks incorrectly.

Pros

Lots of coffee, great co workers most of the time.

Cons

Poor rushed work environment, Minimum pay for maximum skill. They expect fast delivery times while also stressing "Connections "the two are not compatible. A job that promotes growth and mental health for young workers that pushes them to the limits while most are pursuing arts degrees. It is overall an exploitative corporate culture that feels glossed over to make the worker and customer feel falsely valued only to maximize profits.

Pros

No fryers Peer team culture- not cutthroat Great parental leave- for dads too Great bonus if you achieve sales results

Cons

Work/life balance issues due to the amount of unnecessary and wasteful administrative work required Micromanagement from Regional leaders Raises have been pitiful the last few years despite major inflation and all the price increases the company has taken. Stores are doing $10k more sales a week on fewer labor hours than they did before. It shows. No tuition/continuing education benefit unless you don’t have an undergrad degree. Expect pressure to produce results and metrics with no autonomy to invest where needed or spend time where you should be.
