      Pros

      its a very fun job, and you get to interact with all different types of people and help make their day better, you also are able to have all the free food and drinks while your working. and when your not working you get 30% off everything, and if your friend is working, you can probably get it for free

      Cons

      it makes you fat, because you get all the free coffee and food you want. sometimes store managers do not explain things well, but for the most part you get good managers

      Starbucks has great benefits, and they try to empower their employees.

      Cons

      Sadly, the 'bux has become a good ole boys club, and they hire way too many from outside vs. inside promotion. They have lost the vision of what they are. Starbucks is coffee! They are trying to be everything else too. NO CAN DO.
