Pros

You feel like a family here. The benefits are great, and the company gives special attention to its employees at every level. While not every company is perfect, Starbucks is definitely a place I feel proud to work.

Cons

Much of this is based on the latest economic blow, but the company needs to put the focus back on the employees with more of the "little stuff" they used to do, such as incentives, bonuses, better vacation hours, etc.
