Pros

benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), store discount, tons of free coffee, 401k matching, and investment plans.

Cons

I feel underappreciated and underpayed. Management frequently changes, so when it's time for my employee reviews I feel misunderstood by someone who doesn't know me.

Pros

free drinks fun people watching at my location good atmosphere flexible scheduling friendly clientele / regulars hands on and new product so you don't get too bored

Cons

wearing hats... some locations don't have provided parking which is a pain as los angeles takes you for all you're worth in the parking dept.

Pros

You can balance your work and personal life if you work at it. There are some great people who work there and are great to work with.

Cons

There is very little leadership to speak off... at least when it comes to setting clear direction. The corporate culture it was known for doesn't exist anymore.
