Pros
friendly co-workers, very nice managers, flexible scheduling, the hours are there if you need them. customers tend to be friendly, also a very good job to meet a variety of people, depending on where you're located. Pay is good starting out, and management is very involved and considerate.
Cons
When it gets busy, customers tend to become impatient, some customers speak broken english or none at all... it gets redundant telling customers where the restroom is, seeing as how the store i'm in doesn't have one.
