Pros

Excellent benefits opportunity and great people to work with.

Cons

It's a retail environment with lots of stress. Company consistently changes operational procedures and has scaled back on available labor hours, which means less staff to handle more work. There is little to no growth opportunities available to retail staff outside the greater Seattle area.

Good benefits, fun atmosphere, great place to help you develop your people skills. Allows you a flexible work schedule and time off.

Cons

Had a hard time getting a consistent schedule. Some days I was opening at 430 and other days I was working in the afternoon
