Very well-known and reputable company, will look great on your CV once you burn out and leave, some wonderful people with vision to work with and learn from.

Cons

People are overworked and undervalued - compensation is below market standards and management make numerous unanswered promises to keep employees resulting in a high rate of attrition. Sad to see so much potential unrealized.
