      Good company to work for when working in one of the offices that they have opened and grown.

      Cons

      When working in the office of one of company's they have acquired the same can not be said.

      Pros

      Good place if your looking for job security and stability. Great coworkers and really good office culture. One full paid week off in December in addition to two weeks of vacation and five sick days.

      Cons

      Salary increases are horrible. Not the best place to learn if you are starting your career. Not a design oriented firm.

      Flexible work environment & strong work/life balance.

      Cons

      An international company with excessive policies and procedures without the internal manpower to execute effectively. In my opinion, it grew too fast without updating company structure along the way.
