      Plenty of Traffic Control Plan and PEPCO work

      Cons

      (1) Principal makes extremely rude remarks, inappropriate for inside the office or in a progressive society in general. Principal comments on someone's race/ethnicity, and brag about manipulating other consultants or client representatives over conference calls. Complaints filed to HR don't do anything, partly bc principal has endless contractual work with PEPCO. (2) The senior principal values PEPCO underground electric contracts over actual land development contracts (keep in mind this is a land development firm) bc it guarantees work. (3) The office has a history of losing employees. (4) Principal gives 6% pay raises to women, and only 1% pay raises to men.

      Good benefits and available resources worldwide.

      Cons

      Lousy team management, project manager does not know how to be a leader. There is no encouragement. There is no direction for new hires. There is a lot of drama and lack of team support.
