able to work from home, flex days, overtime, benefits, RRSP, good coworkers for the most part

Cons

terrible management makes it extremely inefficient to do much, management frequently changes and no one knows who is responsible for what, not promoted based on performance, easy for others to benefit form your hard work. No passion in the work

Pros

Nice location. Close to many stores and restaurants. Free coffee. Able to keep First Aid and CPR up to date at cost to company.

Cons

No leaders, only bosses. Very hostile and stressful work environment. Morale very low. Nothing but junior staff with no opportunity for training which makes it near impossible to pick up projects it once did to carry a staff. People who are responsible for training staff are sick and tired of putting any effort forward because; "they all leave anyway. Why should I waste my time?" Finger always pointed at people designated to do the work who are unclear of budgets and scope of work. During group meetings where the opportunity to motivate and inspire groups, meaningless numbers only shareholders would appreciate are used to waste everyone's time.

Location is good, close to my home, company paid parkade. Flexible working hours, annual bonus for salary staff.

Cons

Extremely low pay and expect too much from senior engineers low quality of design work handled by unexperienced people.
