The company has a variety of different projects to work on to keep you interested. The company is huge and has many resources.

Cons

With many resources to pull from, inter-office work sharing and communication is very poor. If the work load slows down, start looking for another job.

- Time off policies - Work culture - Exposure to large projects - Good exposure for trainees

Cons

- Very often hires young graduates for very cheap - It mostly grows by buying larger companies , This leads to a very fragmented corporation - Shareholders + Profit > Good Design (It is a publicly traded company after all) - Stantec treats all employees below project manager level as easily replaceable - No Overtime policies, due to project mismanagement employees are asked to work weekends
