Very disrespectful from the top down.

Oh well yikes. Terrible terrible management, people who were promoted because of high turn over and someone had to fill the role. As a result, micromanagement is rampant and there huge waves of people leaving. 15 by 15 minute timesheets, which could be fine for other countries. In New Zealand the projects are won by underbidding, meaning there’s the implicit expectation that you will do well over time so you can bill a smaller amount of hours. Some really smart data individuals but as a whole the company is not innovative. Lots of buzzwords for publicity but very backwards in terms of investing in individuals. As a woman - I wouldn’t recommend any female friends to work here. Misogyny and typical gross male conversations that make the women feel like they need to smile through gritted teeth at the senior coworkers. A couple of cases of sexual harassment internally and with clients that were overlooked. High publicity about a “wellness room” in the Wellington office that is smaller than a cupboard under the stairs that can fit just about one chair. Great room to cry in.
