Pros

It’s a paycheck and you might have some ability to have a flexible schedule although that will likely change post-Covid.

Cons

The culture is incredibly toxic and bizarre. It is very much an all-boys club. Even women in high positions struggle for respect. Lots of DEI talk, no action. Pay is average.

Management doesn't care about the employees and stays in lab and never wanting to help. Plant is really hot. Never show's any appreciation.
