      Pros

      Large organisation that stood the test of time. Great employee benefits. Great learning opportunities. Exposure to different disciplines and geographies since it is an international organisation..

      Cons

      Instability due to constant change in executive management. Lack of trust within the company. Although the company invests a lot on training the staff, it opts to use external contractors even where t could use own train, skilled and capable staff members.

      - Good work life balance - Positive environment - Growth Potential - Ability to study - Bonuses

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency when changes happen - Retrenchments happen quite often - Depending on what office you are in management tends to allocate other peoples work to you when they are on leave and then when the person returns the person gets retrenched. Happened to my coworker.
