      The bank is committed to making a difference to South Africa. Anyone who works hard and shares the vision will find a supportive environment.

      Often too many people who should have been moved out of the company.

      Pros

      The bank looks after the staff well and fairness is one of it's major value. Willing and daring to expand overseas during bad times, which turns out to be a cheap buy.

      Cons

      Weak strategic top management, always invested in wrong projects or hired improper candidates. Some poor leadership blocking the potential staff to move forward.
