      Pros

      Work life balance was great, no Saturday banking, as a personal banker i worked from the comfort of my branch, i hardly ever went out to source client. I worked on increasing the net-worth of existing client

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen to the what the employees are saying. they were always late to take initiative and launch products to counter competition.

      There are opportunities for internal growth & a good incentive & recognition programme for staff who post outstanding performance.

      Cons

      The salary is unsatisfactory. The annual increments for Management staff is unsatisfactory.
