This is the biggest, most significant bank in South Africa populated by many smart, committed people. Your work can make a difference in several countries

Cons

There is a tolerance for bullying and poor leadership capability. Many people who should not be allowed near people management are mismanaging teams, bringing down the mood of the organization.
