      There are opportunities for internal growth & a good incentive & recognition programme for staff who post outstanding performance.

      Cons

      The salary is unsatisfactory. The annual increments for Management staff is unsatisfactory.

      Bad partners- if a task is given to a partners if one has completed the task and other couldnt project is effected could not meet the dead linew
