      Very good employee perks such as medical aid, pension and low interest rates Very friendly culture - I really enjoyed working in the teams I did Depending on the job there is a degree of flexibility in working hours

      HR were more interested in schmoozing top level management then growing the lower employees Very hierarchical Slow to move
