Working for a company that hates the people that do the actual work

Remote positions are available. Some positions are salaried while others are hourly. Decent benefits. Rewarding work

Cons

Unless you are someone at headquarters, you will be treated like garbage. The people that are at the events, doing the work to put it together, are the ones having things taken away and being forced to do more, for less. Positions for hq are constantly added, while the more important event staff are screwed over at every angle HQ can find. The company is falling apart, but the people in charge act like things are going well. Meanwhile, obstacles are failing or being pulled because there isn't money to fix them.

Most of my co-workers still manage to stay positive despite the awful work atmosphere.

Cons

All the problems in this company stem from the greedy leadership. Because of the leadership's greediness, employees get minimal support and almost no resources. These factors, coupled with a stressful and awful work environment, result in a high employee turnover rate.
