Leadership: Joe surrounds himself with monkeys that go along with any bad idea he shouts and has built an empire of unqualified fans to help him run his company at a loss. Anyone left is too scared to leave because they are probably too stupid to get another job they can hide at. Culture: An expectation to work as hard as possible for as little as possible. People fighting for themselves and against each other with a false sense of "community" and "family" that they tell themself makes it worth it. Zero diversity and no growth opportunity.
