Worst leadership EVER!

Pros

Fitness brand where you can race for free

Cons

Where do I start? This is, hands down, the worst company you could ever work for. Toxic is the best word I can use to describe this company and its leadership. I had expected this to be an amazing place to work given the fact that it seemed like such a fun brand. Don't be fooled! The leadership here is horrendous. They can't give direction, only care about themselves, don't share any information and throw people under the bus if it helps better themselves. Passive aggressive behavior is the norm from most of the leadership team. It's also known by everyone that certain people are completely useless yet nothing is done to correct the situation and in fact, those people are rewarded. Communication is completely non-existent from the top down. The only time you get any information is when there is a fire drill for something that should have been done weeks prior. The CEO is a maniac who would prefer that people work 15 hours a day even if they're not productive. He even sends inappropriate company-wide emails that would be considered a PR nightmare. Also, if you care about benefits, you're looking in the wrong place. Two weeks of PTO is all you get, unless you're senior management who takes as much time as they want. The pay is not even remotely competitive since they believe that it's an honor and a privilege to work for this brand. Finally, the work environment is an open floor plan where you can't hear yourself think, but don't try and work from home to escape the chaos because that's completely unacceptable in the Spartan culture.

Toxic from the top down. Complete chaos.

Pros

Casual dress-code and occasionally lunch is provided.

Cons

Everything. It's an extremely toxic environment. Horrible leadership - the worst I've ever experienced. Don't expect your boss to have your back. Or to provide any goals or direction. Complete chaos. They're able to trick smart, competent people to join the team, who then quickly find out it's a terrible place to work, are made to feel incompetent, frustrated, unappreciated, and disrespected, and then leave. It's a revolving door. Don't be fooled by thinking it's a "cool, fun brand" - it's the last place on earth I'd ever want to work.

Great company, but needs more resources

Pros

Everyone is very enthusiastic, hard working, and dedicated to the growth of the company. Younger culture.

Cons

More employees are needed. Often times people have too many tasks on their plate. More employees would definitely optimize the whole institution and employees could be more in depth with important tasks instead of worrying about petty matters.
