Pros

It's a fast-paced company in a new-ish growing industry. If you're a self-starter, there's alot of opportunity to learn and create your own opportunities. The employees are great and you will build life long relationships if you're social.

Cons

The company is missing an over-arching strategy. Leadership focuses on too many initiatives and not enough time is spent on initiatives that make the company money. Open, honest, and transparent communication doesn't exist at the company and managers spend very little time developing employees underneath them. It's definitely a tough environment to succeed in. Leadership asks a lot of employees, but gives little in return.

Spartan Race is a fast pace and located in the heart of Boston. Awesome work environment with a lot of fun and young people. Great CEO and founder!

Cons

The cons of working for Spartan Race are that they do not pay very well. Great benefits around the office. Agency type pace and quick deadlines and a lot of traveling to different venues.
