Working at SpaceX was a unique experience, and I truly enjoyed the work.

Cons

Management constantly monitors employees through cameras throughout the day. They treat employees poorly and with little respect, often micromanaging them as if they were children. I've observed that management at SpaceX is willing to throw anyone under the bus to advance their own careers. Their main focus seems to be securing promotions and company stock. If someone poses a threat, they will do whatever is necessary to eliminate them. Working at SpaceX is not for the weak.
