There are many reasons why SpaceX is a great company. The interesting work and fast pace environment makes for challenging projects. The people I work with also make it fun. I look forward to coming to work each day, really.

Cons

There are always some cons about any place you work. There can be long hours and sometimes a bit of stress. When you are challenged as a worker this can be common.
