Free snacks & drinks. Constant rocket engine testing. Awesome Christmas parties. Yearly swim night. The company flourishes on self-motivation with minimal supervision. It also welcomes innovations and efficiency improvements.

Cons

Long hours, but you know this going in. The rewards are well worth the time sacrifice.

Very family oriented. Great pay. Working on Rockets!!!!! Cutting edge technology !!!!!! Waco area is very cheap to live in. FOOD EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!

It seems like we are always waiting on a decision to be made. But that's ok because you always want the right decision. sometimes but not always long days

Great environment a place were you can explode your qualities ,I have definitely learn more here in just 2 yrs. than anywhere else I've been before and plus what's more exiting than to build Rockets and make history!!

Cons

Be prepare to work long hrs. and weekends just a heads up that's just how it is in the Space industry ,not many cons in this great place
