Awesome benefits!!! Pays way better than I could paid any where else. So far I like the management, they are alway coming by and asking how are things. They don't make you feel bad for having to call in sick, my previous employer would. They don't give me flack for having to do for fill my military reserve duty. Very military friendly!!!!!!

Cons

You do work long hours and its something to get use to. I don't mind it because I have bills to pay and I am single but for the people with families I can see it being a problem. As of right now I don't there being a lot of opportunities to grow but it's still early to tell.

Stock earnings, paid benefits, free coffee and snacks, State of the art environment and very clean

Cons

Working long hours, weekends and no 401k "MATCH" can't find anything else.
