Amazing people, awesome projects. You can gain a lot of experience and responsibility at a very young age.

When crunch time happens, hours are long. Some groups see crunch time more than others.

If you love to work on mission critical parts under tons of pressure by management with more overtime than most can handle then this is the place for you. Everything is fast paced with thousands of awesome and super intelligent employees to work with.

Cons

-Overtime is usually mandatory and averages 2-4 hrs daily and 10 hrs on Saturday or Sunday. I loved OT and worked on average 20 to 40 hours OT per week. - low pay - management turn over rate is crazy fast. You can never get a true performance review by your manager. (Some departments) -some managers or leads should not be in there position they only got there because they are buddies with other managers. - great employees are easily unnoticed if they are not social or outgoing. -everyone is expendable for any reason "ON QUESTIONS ASKED"
