Pros

You are given "real world" work, pushed to produce results by yourself, and are responsible for making decisions usually reserved for full time engineers at any other company. If you show that you can hold your own, you will be given larger and larger projects. One of the best internships in the county to gain aerospace experience and confidence as an engineer. Everyone at the company is the best of the best, and motivated beyond belief. Energy is constantly high and it is exciting to come into work every day.

Cons

Adjusting to the pace in the beginning can be difficult. Especially if you haven't had related experience in a prior position.
