Pros

Everybody here is highly intelligent and motivated towards the same objective. This combination makes for interesting, productive interactions with fellow employees and an atmosphere of continuous learning. Things move so quickly here that there is plenty of opportunity to work on many different projects in a short time. There is never a dull moment.

Cons

No 401k. Salaries are only average for the area but the hours are well beyond the norm. If you're not passionate about our overall mission, this is not the place for you.

This is the type of work environment that you can be whatever you set your mind to, you can climb up the ladder of management or look for other learning opportunities within the company. Good benefits. You are rewarded for what you deserve. They do value employees opinions.

Cons

Fast paced. No relaxing. Long hours. No work/life balance. No real training program, must be ready and willing to learn/teach yourself. Not the place that you can do middle of the line work, must always push above.
