      Pros

      Very cool place to work. Feels a lot like a startup - people are young and scrappy, and office is very modern. Anyone who tours the facility will be very impressed. The company definitely works hard to make sure you like being here. I've learned a lot and am very proud to say I work here.

      Cons

      Long hours, people get very demanding. There are little education resources. Also, there is a constant fear that you may get fired.

      Long hours. More often than not mandatory to work weekends. High stress environment.

      Pros

      Constant work. Lots of overtime. The company has seemed to stabilize itself compared to the old days. Every job has its cons but so far this seems to be pretty normal as far as what you would expect from a larger company.

      Cons

      Mandatory 10hr shifts. Which in itself isn't necessarily a "con" but it can drag on you. Very very slow HR department. They're very friendly, and helpful, but any type of HR process takes considerably longer than what you would expect.
