-Being able to contribute to a company with such an amazing goal. -Extremely fast recruitment / interview / employment process, due to high turnover rate. -Good, affordable food. Free coffee everywhere. -Good for the resume, which should help with relocating to more sustainable employment in the future.

Cons

-Overworked (60+ hour weeks), underplayed, spending the majority of your waking hours surrounded by people who are conscious those two facts. -Coming to the realization that employment for SpaceX is a lifestyle, whether or not you enjoy it or not. -Extremely repetitive and simple work activities, high workload.
